胡則華 Brenda Hu

處長｜金融監督管理委員會金融市場發展及創新處

胡處長負責統籌金融科技與創新、綠色及轉型金融、金融市場發展等政策之規劃與推動。在此之前曾擔任金管會綜合規劃處處長，負責金融科技發展路徑圖、綠色金融行動方案、金融教育宣導等重要政策之推動。 曾任職證期局及銀行局，事蹟包含推動公司治理藍圖、企業社會責任報告書及期貨信託基金等。她在美國取得杜克大學國際發展政策及南加州大學公共行政二碩士，於86年進入公職。 Director General Hu is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of policies related to FinTech innovation, green and transition finance, and financial market development. Before this, she served as DG of the Department of Planning at the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), where she led key initiatives such as the FinTech Development Roadmap, Green Finance Action Plan, and financial education campaigns. She has also held positions at the Securities and Futures Bureau and the Banking Bureau, with notable achievements including the rollout of the Corporate Governance Blueprint, CSR reporting, and futures trust funds. DG Hu obtained two master's degrees in International Development Policies from Duke University and Public Administration from the University of Southern California in the United States and joined the public sector in 1997.

Leveraging his expertise in economics and energy, he integrates biomass-based green power with smart energy systems to develop innovative pathways toward net-zero emissions. Mr. Yeh previously held several senior public sector positions, including serving as Taiwan’s first Director-General of the Bureau of Energy under the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA); Commissioner of the Department of Economic Development for both the Tainan City and New Taipei City Governments; and Deputy Mayor of New Taipei City. In recognition of his dedication to advancing renewable energy and industrial innovation, he was honored by the Sun Yun-suan Foundation as an Outstanding Public Servant.
